How does monetization work with YouTube? - Google polities

Welcome to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) is a milestone in the creators' journey.
As part of YPP, creators can start monetizing their content, get an email and chat support and gain access to the Copyright Matching Tool to help protect their content.

These policies apply to the creator channel as a whole, not to individual videos. Setting up a high monetization bar Over the past few years, YouTube has taken steps to tighten monetization requirements so that spammers, actors and other bad players can damage the ecosystem or use good creators who produce high-quality content.

To apply for membership in YPP, channels must meet eligibility requirements related to viewing time with subscribers. Upon request, the YouTube review team confirms that the channel does not conflict with YouTube's monetization, content and copyright policies.

Channels that meet the eligibility criteria and follow all of our guidelines will only be allowed on the system, which gives them the right to gain access to ads and other monetization products.

Open ads If your video meets our relevant content guidelines for advertisers, you can turn on ads. If you are unsure if your video is appropriate, check the authentication index and examples on that page.

Choosing to open ads does not mean that ads will automatically appear in the video. Before any ads appear, the video will go through a normal process that includes automatic or individual updates to see if it meets our guidelines.

By opening video ads on YouTube, you ensure that you have all the necessary rights to the visual and audio content of those videos.

How does monetization work with YouTube?
YouTube has introduced new monetization standards this year, making it even harder to monetize your channel - albeit unlikely. In order to set up a monetization channel for your channel, you will need to join the YouTube Partner Program and meet the requirements to do so.

Once you've met those requirements, all you need to do is enable them to monetize your videos to start earning Adsense revenue.

Finally, monetization with YouTube is based entirely on the number of people who see your video. The people who earn the most money are the ones with the most spectators.  -You live in a country or region where there is a YouTube Partner Program available. -Have more than 4,000 hours of public viewing in the last 12 months. -Have more than 1,000 subscribers. -Have a connected AdSense account.

Once you become a YouTube Partner, they will be able to place ads on your videos as they see fit. You can enable this option for each video if you wish. Just a note: you will need to create an AdSense account to receive advertising fees for your videos. Ways to Make Money Here's the good news - once you're signed up for the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), they do a lot of work for you until the ad arrives. However, there are several ways to earn money with your channel: Advertising revenue: This is the most common form. You will split YouTube advertising revenue (typically, creators get 55%) in pre-roll, mid-roll, end-roll and ad overlay. Channel Membership: Subscribers may choose to pay a monthly subscription to your channel for special content and benefits. For sale: Subscribers can purchase sales directly on YouTube. Super Chat: Subscribers can pay for their comments to be featured in the comments section. How to Get the Most Out of Advertising Most users do not earn much money from YouTube under its Partner Program. Advertising revenue is based on the number of viewers, so only YouTube's biggest partners will receive a lion's share of revenue. However, there are four things that can help you get there: -Your video should be kind to advertisers - which means it should have a large audience. -If you have not created content, you must have full legal permission to post content on YouTube. -You need a valid audio and video ID for your videos, including copyright to both. Partner Partners Having independent sponsors who support your work on YouTube is a very lucrative, and unique, way to make money on the platform.

There is no fixed and dry way to have sponsors of your film, other than to have a large number of views on your videos. There is no low cost, but companies will be more willing to pay you for advertising space if there is a high number of viewers. This type of advertising actually cuts the middle person (YouTube) and gives you the ability to make more money by advertising your content. How Much Money Does Tubers Make? As mentioned earlier, an AdSense account is required to become a YouTube Partner. This is a platform where companies can purchase ad space and YouTube can place their ads on videos as they see fit.
YouTubers receive 55% of revenue from ads placed on AdSense. Money is generated by clicking on each cost or on the basis of each view. The advertiser can choose which one he likes. -Views are counted as an ad viewed for 30 seconds or within, whichever comes first. -The standard charge is 18 cents to watch. So, if you have 1,000 views, and 10% of viewers are watching this ad, you can expect to make about $ 18. while they are still active.  YouTube does not guarantee revenue under its Partner Program.
